They don't see it as a job they see it as a real Pleasure and Fun thing to do for their customers. Every time we go they never judge or have an attitude they are always kind and considerate. If you have to wait too long of a time to get your food you some times get extra food or drink. Just depends how long of a wait. I have had extra fries and ice cream and chocolate milkshakes and extra breakfast biscuit for having to wait too long. Thank you Chick-fil-A for being there for us customers. This is how every fast food place should be and all their food is fresh and safe.

Then I got told to go pull in a parking space and sat there for another 10. 2nd time: they gave the the wrong order and then I had to go inside to get it corrected and sat there for 20min while I was waiting on my food and everyone else was getting there’s. 3rd time: got a soup and a sandwich meal. Went through the drive thru. When I got home I look at my floorboard and the soup was never closed. It spilt all over the rest of the food which is not usually in the same bag as the sandwich. Once again have to drive back to get it fixed. Not happy at all with this place
