  Went through the drive thru at 6:00 PM to order chicken. I had to wait 26 minutes on chicken. When I got home the chicken thighs were so small. The 8 pieces of chicken was more like 4 pieces of chicken. I try call the restaurant to get a message they were close.

  I’m finally writing a review after the fourth time in a row having a bad experience at this location. We started frequenting this restaurant when we moved to Jefferson in 2015. It was a favorite of our family’s and the food and service was reliable and consistently delicious. In the past several years (and probably since Covid) this restaurant is sadly not the same. When you go through the drive-through, you can expect at least a 30 minute wait if you are ordering a family meal. The quality of the food is not nearly the same and they often don’t have items available. This most recent time we tried to place an order ahead thinking we could have a quicker turnaround and give employees more time to put together the fast food order. This time, they provided us with four pieces of chicken instead of the 40 pieces ordered. Because this was not figured out until my husband arrived home, we had to go back to get the correct order and now get to enjoy our cold meal. This will be the last time I go to this location. I don’t expect 100% perfect experiences at any restaurant I visit somewhat regularly, but I shouldn’t hope for one good experience out of multiple purchases.
