I pay and get to the pickup window where I’m handed my sodas and a mango pineapple lemonade, tell the lady working it’s supposed to be a mango tangerine and she gives me a dirty look, get home and find out none of the sauces were correct. This location has really gone downhill

But I’m extremely patient and kind and for her to act this way every time we go there is unacceptable. I’m tired of getting treated this way and definitely will not be back. She is a bully. They need better management. I cannot imagine toxic she is to work with. Do better Wendy’s.

When she did, she was told she had an attitude because she was trying to speak loud enough for them to hear o er traffic. Yes, I called the manager but this kind of behavior is not okay.
