  Trying to get a DoorDash and the employees do not look at you to help and when asked for help the girl threw up her hands and huffed like I was a bother. This location needs some serious customer service training . Asked to talk with manager and she just looked at me and ignored me too.

  I bought a McCrib Meal and brought it home. When I opened the box, I couldn’t believe my eyes—they had used a chicken sandwich bun, sliced the McCrib meat in half, and served it with pride. I wonder why the manager would allow such a thing to happen. Could this be an attempt to ruin the business?

  My wife went thru the drive thru on 12/04/25, received someone else's food despite having order tags that had our order on them. Didn't realize she did not get what we ordered until she got home, we live 20 minutes away, never mind the fact that one of the items was literally not cooked at all. She called, spoke to Jennifer, whom said she would take care of things when my wife was to come back thru the next day. Wife shows up 12/05/25 and deals with some snarky character named Chris, gets our "correct order". She gets home and wouldn't you know the concept of NO ONIONS on the order tag doesn't match the food one of these rocket scientists put in the food containers. Easy enough fix, just pick them off and move on despite the lingering taste still on the food. 2 times in 2 days this location showed it is full of incompetence and bottom feeders, except Jennifer who kept her end of the deal by trying to give us what we paid for. If you come to this location by all means hold up the line or the drive thru and verify every bit of your order. If an employee feels the need to ask you to move on before your satisfied you got what you paid for tell them to get bent, when their food waste and wait times sky rocket it might get the attention of those higher up "the food chain" and maybe start making other employees realize your job and that location actually depends on satisfied customers, not simply showing up and using oxygen that others could use more effectively.

  Had to pick up our order placed on mobil app. Let's just say it was not a very good experience at all. For starters, the cashier and drink maker couldn't comprehend. No ice on two drinks. The same drinks at that as well as he was disgruntled mad and hated his life and you could tell. People running the food line. We're pretty fast however with fast meant sloppy sloppy sloppy. Condiments coming out the side of the sandwich. Lettuce half on half in the wrapper. We asked for onion as well as tomato half on half off. Basically a big mess. It took 15 minutes to make sense for an order that was mobile app 15 minutes prior!!!! Make this make sense, it's fast food do better.
