  Ordered matcha and 3 donuts. Got 3 sips out the mathca because its all ice and they only gave 2 donuts

  I had a frustrating experience here recently. I waited over 10 minutes inside for a simple coffee and egg and cheese wrap even though it wasn’t busy, and the music being played in the back was very inappropriate for a workplace. When I finally got my food, it was made wrong with bacon on it, and when I went back to have it fixed, the employee who said she was the afternoon shift manager, Jessica, was dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do. Her attitude came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management role. This isn’t the first negative interaction my family has had with her either, which is concerning.

  This place sucks. They can’t make a decent drink, every time I go through its watery and little to no ice. Employees are rude and look miserable. Never get a “you’re welcome”. Won’t ever come back here

  I come to dunkin every day and order a coffee but some times it feels like im play russian roulette when it comes to how my coffee will taste. I order the same thing every single time hot coffee 4 cream 4 sugar it should be tje same every time. But almost never it. The days it taste like complete💩 makes me want to stop coming and just go to Quick trip and make my own. Do better dunkin. Wasted my money today!

  This location gets worse by the day. 8 minutes to get an iced green tea. Unfortunate that the owner is saddled with what most times seems like younger folks that truly couldn't care less about the customer.
