If I ask for it with strawberry cream cheese, that doesn’t mean some concoction you made that doesn’t look or taste like strawberry. If you mess up, fix it, don’t just give it to the customer anyway like “whatever”. Also if I’m for it to go on a bagel that means an amount enough to cover both sides of my bagel not a squirt that wouldn’t cover a donut hole. It’s little things like this that are the reasons your location is failing and online FB groups in Jasper complain about the quality of your food. This is why chains like yours are failing and people are moving to mom and pop restaurants.

I don’t know if they don’t like putting the extra flavors in the drinks or what it is, but I’m pretty sure an iced macchiato doesn’t look like this. They seem to always be in a rush- which again i get it, but when I spoke up about it, they said oh it was just shook up. When is an iced macchiato ever shook up before giving it to the customer? I absolutely love Dunkin, but this location- making me not even want to take the initiative to go get Dunkin anymore- closest one around. I don’t have this issue if I go to any other location.
