Both which cost extra. I use the apps chat bot to submit a complaint and I get a voucher for a free guac but its still frustrating to pay for something and then not receive the item!

They dropped my first burrito on the floor, laughed for a good few mins & started remaking our food. The line is wrapped all around the building & 30 mins late. No urgency from the employees.

At which point are we going to be allowed to arrest for theft? I paid you for a service and items that you did not provide. Maybe if a franchisee or the CEO got out in cuffs for stealing things would change. But instead they'll write it up as an mistake even though it happens 9 out of 10 times.
