  They’re just so inconsistent. I can’t get a good brown sugar shaken espresso for the life of me. Sometimes it’s fine sometimes it tastes like they forgot to add the espresso. It’s not good. Every time I get food it’s cold. This Dunkin used to be great. Rather save my money

  Customer service terrible at this location. I had to wait for them to make fresh coffee, which was fine, but after it was made, they sat it down at the drive through for several minutes, then walked over and picked it up and handed it to me at the counter. What was the point, if you're just going to sit it down and let it get cold, why make me wait for fresh coffee in the first place.

  I had a frustrating experience here recently. I waited over 10 minutes inside for a simple coffee and egg and cheese wrap even though it wasn’t busy, and the music being played in the back was very inappropriate for a workplace. When I finally got my food, it was made wrong with bacon on it, and when I went back to have it fixed, the employee who said she was the afternoon shift manager, Jessica, was dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do. Her attitude came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management role. This isn’t the first negative interaction my family has had with her either, which is concerning.
