  I tried stopping by today and the people taking orders were not very competent. They took over 5 minutes between being told to start me order and hold on 3 different times. Then, I had ordered the new mcflurry flavor that clearly stated mini on the menu. Then I was informed that the Mini was unavailable for that flavor. Weird, but ok. I asked to remove it that I did not want the regular size, it was too big, just wanted a taste and not waste. They started arguing they there was not a mini. At that time, I did not want it anymore since mini was not available. I was still wanting the meal though. I asked for plain water and when they selected a drink, they selected one with an upcharge on it. Water should not come with an upcharge. After trying to make sure I only paid for what I wanted, I just drove over to Wendy's instead. Either, the employees here were very incompetent, or were upset because they did not get what they wanted. But, seeing as they kept trying to charge things that I did not want, you can take that for what you will. I hope there was just some miscommunication and not that the employees doing something illegal.

  I ordered at kiosk . this was worst breakfast sandwich apple pie and coffee meal I ever had. coffee was cold and wasn't made correctly. the sandwich and pie seemed to by lying around for 2 hrs and tasted that way. If I hadn't left I would of returned it . didn't and couldn't finish apple pie . apples were like rubber bands. the ham on the egg McMuffin was like eating rubber bands. the egg was dried out like a hard boiled egg on. old toasted English muffins. Ive ordered from here before but this was the worst by far.

  Almost gave us the wrong order after we waited a good 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. Only 3-4 cars in line including us with 2 pickup windows which they didn't use the second till we pulled up and needed to wait for the right order. Meanwhile they're scrolling on their phones and have food sitting by the window, not under a warmer to keep it up to temp. Fries were in the bag sideways on top of both sandwiches, so half of them spilled out into the bag. The mcdouble barely had any ketchup or mustard so it was dry as hell and was body temp. Thankfully the fries were warm. We only had a mcdouble, fish sandwich, drink and fries. Our trip is 9 hours (cutting an 18 hour drive in half) and the wait just added more time. Other than being a bit polite, the service was absolutely terrible; this is coming from a former McDonald's employee.

  The worst McDonald's I've been to in 20 years! The lobby was dirty the food was wrong and the customer service was nonexistent! I ordered a egg mcmuffin and it had a scrambled egg . They were very slow and rude. Nobody had cleaned the lobby in a couple of days. This location should be closed ! I will never come here again, Wendy's is right across the street. Im shocked that this place is even open. The health department needs to come inspect this dump and the management should be fired! DO NOT EAT HERE !

  It's dirty the employees are rude want to fight everybody The food is half for all when it comes out the window and if it's not row it's so hard you can't eat it fries are cold as hell drinks taste like pure water and apple pies you try to buy so old you can't bite them The ice cream machines never working it's just a bad environment there all the way around and when you try to get the problem fixed they don't want to fix it they get mad and want to fight about it and you can't get in touch with nobody because I have no phone there and when you go in to talk they run hiding don't want to talk
