The new manager, David, was fantastic! Very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure that I was ordering what I needed for our get together. He said he has only been at the location for a week. I know having him there, the reviews will be much better than I’m the past! Food was great, service even better. The store itself was ok, not super clean, but you can tell it’s an older building.

To Pizza Hut Corporate Customer Relations,
I’m writing because I appear to be trapped in what can only be described as The Great Pizza Hut Coupon Paradox of 2024.
Here are the facts, in chronological order — because apparently timelines matter now more than pizza:
• On September 20, I ordered from Pizza Hut.
• The pizza arrived very late.
• I did not complain. I moved on with my life like a reasonable adult.
Two days later, on September 22, Pizza Hut emailed me a message titled “Let’s make up for your late order” and offered me a free large pizza, expiring October 22. Thoughtful gesture. Appreciated it. Trusted it would work.
That trust was my first mistake.
On October 22, the very day the coupon expired, I attempted to redeem it:
• Online
• At 5–6 different Pizza Hut locations
• Including the exact store where the late delivery originated
Every attempt resulted in the same message:
“This coupon is not eligible at this location.”
Apparently, this “free pizza” was geographically allergic to all Pizza Huts.
I contacted customer support. A claim ticket was created.
No response.
Weeks later, I contacted support again and was told the coupon was “old” and from earlier in the year — which is objectively false. I have the email. With a date. From Pizza Hut. I provided proof.
I was then told the issue would be escalated and that someone would contact me.
No one did.
Fast forward to today — after months of follow-ups, repeated chats, and being told again that the issue would be escalated — I am still without:
• A working coupon
• A resolution
• Any proactive contact from Pizza Hut
Let me be very clear: this is no longer about a free pizza.
It’s about the irony of Pizza Hut sending a coupon to apologize for an inconvenience — and then creating significantly more inconvenience through a broken system, misinformation, and zero follow-through.
A free pizza should not require:
• Multiple customer service chats
• Reopened cases
• Screenshots
• Proof validation
• Or the patience of a saint
I was a good customer. I did not complain about the late delivery. I accepted your apology in good faith — only to spend months chasing a coupon that never worked.
At this point, I am requesting:
1. Direct contact from corporate-level customer relations
2. A clear explanation of how this happened
3. A proper resolution — one that does not involve another nonfunctional coupon
Because respectfully, if Pizza Hut can deliver a pizza, it should also be able to honor an apology.
I look forward to an actual response — not another escalation into the void.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
