Took 30 minutes to get the first half of what we ordered and telling folks coming in the door there's a wait kinda sad was only 2 customers inside and 3 cars in the drive thru.

Employees keep wondering from corner to corner walking aimlessly doing almost nothing. While others, or I must say 2 employees,are working tirelessly to fill orders. Orders are backed up And it seems nobody knowing what the heck is going on.

Wild as it may seem, I parked and went inside to a woman counting money at the register and she proceeds to tells me I cannot order food until she does what she has to do. After waiting for 4 minutes she walks off and doesn’t say anything. Any McDonald’s in the US are open and rolling and should never been turning away customers from lack of work ethic

My child had been standing at the front the entire time, waiting, but no one came over to ask if help was needed. It seems this McDonald’s doesn’t consider children to be customers.

The kids also ordered another meal that came with ice cream, but it was never served. Even after we told the staff, they took a long time to fix it. They only brought the ice cream after the adults came in, and the place wasn’t even busy.
