- BRBeatrice RichardsonFeb 10, 20265.0First I am soooooo Happy this DD is here, perfer this over the coffee shop starting with an S,I have read some of the reviews and I find it hard to believe that some have given Bad reviews especially about management,I have personally witnessed management and team members going above and beyond for customers who are and can be difficult because of impatience,sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes for things,you can't just walk in and go ahead of the Class but anyway( just my opinion) I love the staff in this facility,great bunch of people and I have always received great customer service and NOT just when the district manager is there,She is also AWESOME!!!!!

I love stopping here for the convenience and most days the drive thru wait isn't bad. There are a few slow days with community events or morning rush but we've only had one experience where we waited about 20 mins. Every other trip is 5 mins or less to get our order.

Her attitude towards each customer is phenomenal. Chelsea (the manager) is exceptional as well and calls alot of customers by name. My coffee is always right! Thank's for all ya'll do.
