  Very rarely do I leave fast food reviews because , well, it’s fast food so you get what you get. No one should expect a gourmet meal from a fast food establishment. With that being said, this is disgusting. These hash browns are completely filled with old burnt grease. No crunch at all. Just a soggy, mushy, foul, burnt hash of grease 🤢 as soon as my teeth attempted to bite one I immediately dry heaved (why I even attempted don’t ask me, I take full accountability for that one). I know it’s not probably even the staff that works there fault, it’s the higher ups who are in charge of making sure they have the necessary materials/supplies on hand to be able to switch out old grease to ensure the quality of the food, so this is for corporate, DO BETTER! Stop trying to cut corners to save money because this is the outcome and unfortunately your employees who are the ones who have to deal with your customers, have to handle the brunt of the frustrations and complaints. Also, it’s cold here in GA and you have workers taking orders outside which is fine. But the gloves you provide don’t allow them to be able to use the iPad/tablet properly so it defeats the purpose. Get some gloves that allows one to use it without the risk of getting frost bite (just my observation and point of view). Take care of your employees. I did not rate the atmosphere because I ordered through the drive through and can only base my opinion on the interactions I had.

  Y'all really send food out the door like this in good conscience? Wow. I hope other people see this and avoid your "Egg and Cheese Wrap", or your business completely.

  Meal was cold, cheese wasnt melted, coffee wasnt hot. I sent it back and second time it came out it was hot but only half of a top croissant. Low quality ingredients, food made wth 0 effort but cost me 10 dollars. I will never eat here again. Dunkin doughnuts as a corporation... you need to do better

  I’ve been in this car line for about 30 minutes! 25 the other day , this is so ridiculous. We need a new coffee place in town.

  They close 30 minutes then what is posted on the online site. An only offer regular coffee when close to closing.. lattes aren’t that good as well even when they do make them.
