  If I could give them no stars, I would! Every time that I come here they somehow ALWAYS mess up. It’s truly amazing how they are able to mess up EVERY TIME! There is always a sandwich/burger missing from and the order and one time I had ordered meals with 3 large fries and 1 medium fry and guess what, they all ended up being mediums! Also the food is never good, how do you mess up a McDouble, I don’t know just ask the people that work here. Truly one of the WORST McDonalds ever. NO STARS

  Honestly, this has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations in Georgia. The food is often old and cold, and the fries taste bitter and overly salty. The drive-thru wait time is ridiculous, usually around 40 to 50 minutes. The staff seem unorganized and unsure of what they’re doing. This isn’t just a one-time issue either, I’ve been here multiple times and the experience keeps getting worse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...

  I got a mccrispy add mayo Fri and a sprite for me and a 10 pc nugget meal with a shamrock shake for my daughter. Food cold as hell. Mccrispy just thrown in the box with NO MAYO AT ALL. And to add sauce to this 8 nuggets someone can’t count. I will never go back there it’s always something cold, or wrong. I’ll go to the one next to the pilot. They could have put a Burger King in that spot cause since day one it hasn’t been right.

  As a former chef, I try to be patient with food service… I really do. But this McDonald’s got my partner out here waiting for a McChicken like it’s a mortgage approval. 15 minutes. For a sandwich that’s built like a Lego starter set. Chicken patty. Bun. Mayo. Lettuce. That’s it. That’s the recipe. This drive-thru moves slower than a sloth reading the terms & conditions or a Sunday cookout starting “right on time”. And honestly… folks would forgive the wait if the Patel Family were tightening food cost and the food came out looking like the picture. But most of the time it comes out wrong… or looking like it fought for its life in the bag. By the time the sandwich finally arrives, customers have watched a full episode of Love Is Blind on their iPhone. Hoschton growing fast… but if this drive-thru still moving like it got a flip-phone mindset, folks gonna start going somewhere else.
