  This was my family's first time at this location and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so inviting, you've hired the right people here! From the hostess, who asked my son what his favorite type of pizza was, to the waitress that was very attentive on a busy night, to the young lady at the ice cream counter. We loved everything about this place! We will definitely be returning, soon! Oh, and the pizza, sub and the largest salad I've ever seen were so yummy! I'm now full and tired! Thank you!

  I was excited to try this place since they advertise New York style pizza. I grew up on the East Coast eating authentic New York pizza, so I had high expectations. The crust was very pale and chewy rather than crispy, and the center was extremely wet and soggy. You can see in the photos how wet the center is, I couldn’t even pick up a slice because it was completely drooping. It honestly felt like a pizza that was still in its pre-oven state rather than fully baked. New York style pizza should have a well-baked, foldable crust that isn’t dripping in the middle. Hopefully, they improve with time.

  This store needs some work. I grew up going to Johnny's and have always loved them. My kids love them too and we were really excited to hear about one opening up across the street from us. We've been there 4 times now and something has gone wrong each time. The first 2 times we credited the mistakes with them being new and we over looked them. Last time our order came back wrong twice and the only thing we asked for was no onions. Not the end of the world but this time we ordered to-go and my wife picked up the food. First they forgot the drinks, not a big deal we just went back in and got them. We get the food home and realize my sandwich is way wrong. I decided to call them and drive back up there and get it fixed. I wasn't rude on the phone but the employees seemed confused on why I was calling. She kept saying she was gonna get a manager for me to talk to and I had to explain to her that I just wanted my sandwich, not a manager. I return the wrong sandwich with the fries still in the container thinking they would just remake the whole thing. After 20minutes of waiting, someone looks at me and asked what I was here for. I explained to him again and then he realizes my food had been waiting right behind him. They didn't remake the fries that came with it and at this point I was so hungry that I didn't care. The store seems like it's ran by kids. It will be a while before we return to this location but I hope they fix the issues they have.

  An Amazing Spot for Family and Friends! We absolutely loved this Johnny's New York Style Pizza in Hoschton. It’s a beautiful place with a very pleasant atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for catching up with friends or enjoying a nice family meal. Here’s what stood out from our visit: • Variety for Everyone: While their NY-style pizzas are the stars, the menu is very extensive for those who aren't in the mood for pizza. There’s something for everyone! • Drinks: They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails for just $10, which is a fantastic deal and really adds to the experience. • Service: The service was good. It’s worth noting that the place was completely packed, which explains why it wasn't "perfect," but the staff did a great job considering how busy they were. It’s clearly a very popular local spot! If you’re looking for delicious food, great drinks, and a lively environment in Hoschton, this is it. We will definitely be back! 🍕🍹

  TLDR: Dining service was spotty and response from server/mgr was lack luster. If you value your time, this Johnny’s location might not be the best for you. Consider other alternatives in the area or other franchised restaurants. ———————————————————— Went to this location to experience Johnny Pizza’s new establishment. We aren’t strangers to the brand and typically frequent its other restaurants often. We ordered only two single slices but were shocked to see that it took over 30 minutes for it to get to us. Worse yet, it was dry and overcooked. When the slices first came out, it was brought to the wrong table by a separate waiter. We weren’t sure if they were ours at first, but knew that it probably was after they brought it back to the kitchen, only for them to put it back in the oven. We brought this up to our servers attention and asked for new orders which thankfully only took 9 minutes this time. After discussing this with the mgr, he pretty much deflected to the usual culprits of why we might have deserved this type of experience. In a reasonable world, what he said would have made sense, but… there were multiple times where I saw our server prioritize bigger parties with a larger tab over us. As an insult to injury, a table diagonal from our spot that came in 10 minutes after us got their order and left about before we received the remade slices. Disappointed is the nicest way I can describe this dining experience
