  First time I’ve ever left a review for a “fast food” restaurant. I eat here all the time, and want to give the staff a well deserved ATTABOY! Just went through the drive-through and saw they got a perfect 100 A on health inspection. This alone is worth applause! What I most appreciate about this team is how positive they are, how they always smile, always genuinely make me feel like I’m The most Important customer, even though there are cars in front and behind me in the drive-through, and are always cool about correcting mistakes THAT I make when ordering:) I’m a small business owner, and While I don’t speak for all small business owners, I’m pretty sure we all really appreciate our staff appreciating our customers as much as we do! Great job 4808 Holly Springs Parkway Taco Bell management and staff! you have earned my customer loyalty and patronage. See y’all tomorrow night around midnight in the drive-through again

  ate taco bell from here yesterday and now i have food poisoning i don’t wish this on anyone this is the worst

  I went to Taco Bell today for lunch I got the chicken quesadilla meal with a hard taco the quesadilla was a mush I don't even know how to explain it have it didn't even have any chicken in it you grab it to eat it it's mush sauce and cheese everywhere probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had trade the quesadilla but couldn't eat it going hungry for lunch today

  Food isn’t bad. Customer service is below mid-tier. They don’t say much and often have an attitude other than the exception of a couple. The worst part abt this Taco Bell is the giant palm bush creating a blind spot to the left of the drive thru when pulling out.
