  We just pulled up to the drive through, the person asked us to hold on, we had 4 guys wanting to order, the person never would take our order. We waited for a long time and there was no one in front of us.

  Take the time to drive to a different taco bell! This location is consistently terrible with service. The quality of the food is fine, if and when they get your order right. But when they get busy they just fall apart. Some times locking the door just to stop customers from coming in. Management does not know what to do and cannot handle busy times. They just keep blaming short staffing. Well after a couple years of this, I wonder why they can't keep employees. No one wants to work in a bad and disorganized environment. I haven't had this problem at other locations nearby.

  First time I’ve ever left a review for a “fast food” restaurant. I eat here all the time, and want to give the staff a well deserved ATTABOY! Just went through the drive-through and saw they got a perfect 100 A on health inspection. This alone is worth applause! What I most appreciate about this team is how positive they are, how they always smile, always genuinely make me feel like I’m The most Important customer, even though there are cars in front and behind me in the drive-through, and are always cool about correcting mistakes THAT I make when ordering:) I’m a small business owner, and While I don’t speak for all small business owners, I’m pretty sure we all really appreciate our staff appreciating our customers as much as we do! Great job 4808 Holly Springs Parkway Taco Bell management and staff! you have earned my customer loyalty and patronage. See y’all tomorrow night around midnight in the drive-through again

  I went to Taco Bell today for lunch I got the chicken quesadilla meal with a hard taco the quesadilla was a mush I don't even know how to explain it have it didn't even have any chicken in it you grab it to eat it it's mush sauce and cheese everywhere probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had trade the quesadilla but couldn't eat it going hungry for lunch today
