  Throw the whole restaurant in the trash. It make nonsense the mess being giving out of this restaurant that supposed to be called food it’s slope! No matter what shift you go on it’s NO GOOD. I’m tired of my fish being sandwiche being drowned in grease. The laziness there is TOP-tier. I’ve NEVER spent another nickel there. SN: cooks fresh does not mean re dropped 🙄 and the tartar sauce just enough doesn’t exist it’s with toooooo much or a pea size worth!

  I love everyone there. They're so nice to me. I go there almost every day. 'cause the food is so good, the service is spectacular and I love everything about this place. I hope a lot of people go here cause it is so good, I hope it gets better ratings. Cause a kid is doing this But I love everything about this place. I love going here to meet friends. Some of the service people are even my friends. I also think they should get a raise. I Love this place hope some people change their views

  By far one of the worst experiences I ever had in a fast food restaurant. Staff was not only rude but slow. Had ordered two number 9s with a McFlurry just to be told the “machine isn’t working” to pull around to the window to see them making themselves one. Both meals were cold bread was stale and fries were cold fresh out the window. Took 20 minutes for disappointment. Only on their night shift has this taken place. Also have gone through around 8:30ish and lights are off and sign is off even tho the hours online say “open”. Can visibly see people inside but “they are closed”. This place needs to be shut down or restaffed.

  Was on a trip coming from Columbus and my 2 children ask to stop and eat at the restaurant....As soon as we opened the door we were screamed at by a worker telling us we can't dine in ...we can't order at the register because we don't have a cashier...and you can't order at the kiosk because only the drive thru is open...this was at 850 pm on FRIDAY March 13 2026..but..the lady that screamed at us ..said she can't help us cause she gotta go home...but left with 2 bags of food and gave to the people in her car..so does McDonald's close like this...it was posted 11pm ..We left the restaurant along with 6 other people not in our group

  The new Big Arch is MESSY and tastes like a Big Mac, not one I'll do again. One patty was nearly raw. Crew seemed unhappy to be there and the dining area needed to be k.p.'d. Other than that it was about on par.
