  hark and hear well. i purchased thine huntrix meal at 1:20...didn't receive my meal well until 2:00. i dont know what kinda commoner world it is to have a PAYING customer waiting 40 minutes for a meal, but know that not only will i never return but i CURSE you. APRIL 26TH 8 AM.

  the presentation was pretty terrible, the cheese wasn’t even on my sandwich.i came back and I was greeted immediately about my food. and checked on by 2 young men in the dining room while waiting ..I LOVE THAT..Yentl who I assume is the manager (sorry if I spelled it wrong) fixed my order, I could hear her asking about it.they were clearly busy and it’s spring break so i understand

  The service is great during the day but at night its always the worst. I am waiting on my food and me and six other cars were told to pull into a parking spot. I dont know what they have going on but the employees could also be a bit nicer. We got here at 12:56am. Its 1:20 and we still haven't received our food and i dont think we'll be getting it anytime soon considering there are others who have also been waiting. The only kind person was the girl taking orders at the drive through.

  Makes no sense as to why this store would do this. It was 4:36 03/19/26 and I was driving against evening rush hour traffic when I reached in the bag and discovered my large 🍟 were reduced to a medium...piping hot but half gone...10 pc nuggets taste like a cold pieces of cardboard. I started to call and raise a big stink but I'd already had a bad day and my ph call would've been nice. Do better McDonald's this was pitiful with our economy the way that it is 🫤😡🤬

  Whoever is running this place needs to get it together. I’ve been coming here for years because I have two small kids and unfortunately it’s the closest one around. But they have recently continued to astound me with their incompetence. First of all, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. They have successfully managed to scrub their number from the internet so no one will bother them. Well- I wasn’t going to vent my frustration online until I tried three different numbers that all came up “no longer in service”, so I guess now I gotta take my complaints here. Every SINGLE time I order DoorDash someone working there manages not to read my order and gets the stupidest stuff wrong. If I say “extra onions”, I get NO onions. If I say “cheeseburger” I get a hamburger, and so on. It’s seriously like a “call someone to tell them” if my order arrives correct. So unless I’m there to carefully look over it, the odds of them getting it right are next to nothing. And sometimes if you place a DoorDash order they’ll even be so good and to cancel it without any reason. And then of course you can’t call and ask why. I will say that whenever I go in there, I often have no issues with the people at the counter. They seem kind enough. But I’m sorry, that is NOT good enough. You have to actually do your job and do it semi-well. And sadly this location usually does not. I was hoping I could voice my concerns to the manager through the phone, but since they’ve made it absolutely impossible to find their number anywhere on the internet, I’m sorry to say I had to come here. I hope they fix their issues somehow and get it together. Because I’m afraid my two little kids won’t stop wanting Happy Meals any time soon.
