  This location used too be the best of the ones close too Hiram, but I just got pizza and wings and all though the pizza wasn’t a bust, the wings were not good or done right, asked for medium buffalo sauce and I got dry watery sauce that looked like a ton of oil was dumped in the box, wen I called too express my disappointment I was offered another recooking of wings that came out even worse. To the point I asked for a side of sauce since the wings were dry. To many kids working here that don’t have any experience in making good wings. Sorry I used to rant and rave how great this place was. I’ll be returning too SALs pizza in Dallas they are amazing and have experienced cooks who love there job

  Just go to or order from mellow mushroom. Not impressed. Ordered through their site for delivery, garlic bread had no garlic, pizza was bland. Their deliver partner is door dash and he showed up 23 mins later than expected or announced by door dash.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Johnny’s New York Pizza. I placed a delivery order directly through their website, spending over $100 on three large pizzas and two appetizers. When my order arrived, the bruschetta was missing. The delivery driver tried to help by contacting DoorDash, but I was passed between two representatives who told me they couldn’t assist since the order was placed through Johnny’s website. When I called the restaurant, I was initially told the same thing, that I needed to contact DoorDash, even after explaining the situation. After some back and forth, the shift lead acknowledged the confusion and offered either in-store credit or for me to drive back to pick up a remake. That’s not a reasonable solution for a delivery order, especially when the mistake was on their end. I requested a refund and was told a manager would call me the next day. That call never came. To make matters worse, when we finally sat down to eat, we discovered that one of the pizzas, a large pepperoni with extra cheese was made incorrectly as just a plain cheese pizza. Between the missing item, incorrect order, lack of accountability, and no follow-up from management, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better, especially after spending this much money. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
