No one likes that! lol Anyway, the man, the one who handed my order to me and it appeared to be the only one there and possibly prepared them, did exactly that. It was very much appreciated. They were not particularly friendly during the conversation. For my second visit, I placed an online order. I arrived at the store and my order was not available. The associate told me that all online orders had been prepared. She showed me a list of orders that had been placed in the last half hour...mine was there and I pointed it out to her. She could not figure out what happened to it. She thought she may have given it to another customer. She called the manager. The manager was not cordial. He asked me if I was Uber and I said no. He took several minutes trying to figure out what happened to my order...to no avail. Finally they agreed to make my sandwiches, which had already been paid for. After some additional challenges while making the sandwiches, I was handed the bag of food. No apologies, no thank you's. Just a quiet stare from the manager. I would rather drive 5 miles to another Subway, than to give this Subway additional business.
