I paid $4 on top of that to upgrade the fries to curds. The curds normally cost 10.99 by themselves. When I called and told them they messed up they said sorry we’ll give you $4 store credit or refund. I tried to explain that I didn’t receive fries or curds so it should be more than $4. I was told fries are included and I upgraded to cheese curds. By that logic I should’ve had the fries in the bag since I paid for them. And I didn’t receive the curds. I will not go back there. They also messed up my cauliflower which wasn’t supposed to have sauce on it but on the side, and my sauces which were also included in the bundle but I didn’t receive. And everything was cold. But $4 will make up for the inconvenience of shorting my kids dinner and the 30 minute drive to go back there. Your apology isn’t worth spit if you can’t back it up with quality and convenience and the food I paid for.
