Unfortunately, the biscuits for all three sandwiches were dry, pale, and tasteless, and the drinks were flat. I called the store to report my experience and spoke with a crew member. I asked if the recipe for the biscuits had changed, and she told me that it had about five days ago. She offered to remake my order and then placed me on hold to contact the manager. When the manager came on the line, he asked me what happened to my food. After I explained, he responded, “The biscuits didn’t have butter on them — that’s why they looked ashy.” I then asked what could be done about my experience. He said he could replace the food, but added that he really didn’t want to, speaking in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This interaction was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is addressed so future customers don’t experience the same poor service and product quality.
