  IF I COULD HAVE GAVE ZERO I would have. I had a very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I first went through the drive-thru around 7:15 PM and was told they were still cooking dirty rice and that it would be a while. Since they couldn’t give me a clear time, I left and came back at 8:20 PM, this time going inside. When I walked in, I was told they were out of dirty rice and that they were shutting things down because they only had two people working. One of the young employees was removing food from the front counter and never greeted us. He had headphones on, so I had to get his attention just to ask if they were still open. He said they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, which made the situation even more confusing. My concern is that if you are open for business for another three hours, food should still be available and being prepared. Instead, items were being taken away, and the food that was left sitting in the window didn’t even look warm. I understand being short-staffed, but communication, customer service, and food quality should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

  My advice: Fix that Bojangles. I won't list the problems we encountered here as there is no need to. Bojangles management: I suggest you visit this facility anonymously and you will see what we saw. It was sad. We paid for our meals and dumped both in the dumpster across the street and considered it a lesson learned. A regretful costly lesson.

  Horrible!!! Like I wouldn’t serve this to a dog!! And I didn’t have time to turn around because I had somewhere to be, but after I had to do what I had to, I took my son elsewhere to get food bc he wouldn’t eat this and I don’t blame him! Do better!!!!

  I have never had a bad experience at this location ever until today. Ordered online through Bo app, to have it delivered. Got a 8 piece family meal with a half gallon of lemonade and 2 apple crisp...only received semi cold and soggy chicken..1 apple crisp and the biscuit was SO hard..no sides no lemonade. The driver said they were trying to rush him out so they could close early. So he thought they ha everything together..they didnt..it's like they just threw chicken and biscuits in a bag and handed it to him, so he could leave a close down early..he picked up my order at 8p.m on a Saturday, so it's not like it was right at closing time, which online says it closes at 10 on a Saturday. I spent almost $50 for cold soggy chicken and hard biscuits. So disappointed. I work hard for my money
