I went through the drive thru yesterday 3/12/2026 around 4:45 pm the young girl taking drive thru orders was very unprofessional and rude and honestly sounded as if she didn’t want to be at work she rushed me as I was giving her my order by stating “anything else, anything else” repeatedly before I could even finish talking like literally as I’m talking she’s interrupting me with “anything else, anything else” it’s like she was on auto pilot or something.Then to make matters worse she paused and said “ actually can you just repeat the whole order”. I wanted to ask did someone force you to be here today because your attitude clearly states otherwise . I live in Acworth and drove out of my way to come to this Dunkin because the customer service and ice coffee is always made “Just Right” but Never again. So sorry Dunkin of Hiram you lost a loyal customer yesterday!

I just came for the first time on a weekend and it was really busy and the staff was falling behind, but they were trying their best and they were treating everybody with respect and I just wanted to shout out the staff saying they handled all the customers giving them a hard time very well
