  The place is evidently does not have a manager overseas the operations in the dining area. The tables are filthy from people leaving in not wiping them off the trash when is overflowing in trash on the floor the water fountain which shares with one of the fountain drinks does not work it trickles out just a little amount of water, the place is very very filthy not at the trash canister at the counter where the napkins and plastic utensils and Lids are. I have watched this restaurant slowly deteriorating

  The food is good, but the pickup experience has been very disappointing. This has happened twice now. I place an order, wait about 20 minutes, and even receive a notification saying it is ready. When I arrive, I give my name and I am still asked to wait another 15 minutes. I understood the first time because it was around lunchtime and I assumed it was busy. They even helped people who arrived after me for pickup. However, today it happened again on a Friday around 7 pm, and the place was not busy at all. There were no more than four people inside and only one car in the drive thru. Meanwhile, other customers are being helped and receiving their orders while I am left waiting. If the order is not actually ready, the notification should not be sent. At this point, it would be faster to just go inside and shop myself.

  I had a generally positive experience at Chipotle—the food was fresh, and everything went smoothly during ordering. However, I was disappointed with the checkout experience. When I went to pay, the cashier informed me that they were unable to accept cash because they did not have enough change available. I was asked to use a debit or credit card instead, or to provide the exact cash amount. While I was able to pay with my card, this raised a concern. If this situation occurred around lunchtime, it makes me wonder how other customers are accommodated—especially families who may only have cash on hand. Turning away or limiting payment options due to lack of change could create an inconvenient and frustrating experience for customers who are otherwise ready to pay. I hope management can address this issue to ensure all standard payment methods are consistently accepted, as this would greatly improve the overall customer experience
