Not surprisingly, the wings were very hard as if they had been cooked hours earlier, sat to the side, then warmed when ordered... I said "not surprisingly" because on my two previous trips to Buffalo Wild Wings, the food was subpar..I've given this restaurant enough chances to get it right but to no avail. However, the young lady who took my order was very welcoming and provided good service..

Asked the hostess, the waitress and the bartender to cut it on, finally went to the manager myself. Maybe 5 tables occupied but 10 dirty tables, it was ok to the manager though because it was shift change. 2 empty drinks and wings with no napkins at our table but our waitress had shifted her attention to the dirty tables. Don’t see this location making it much longer with this crew working here.

Their website is down and I tried to order food, so I had to call in but instead of honoring the price they told me no and would not work with me at all. This is very disappointing, as I love their food. I love their restaurant. But this felt very disrespectful. As a business you should comp the price for online since its not my fault your website is down. I'm now going elsewhere to buy dinner.
