  I do not ever come here but I did because of the tenders commercial. I do not eat chicken at all...unless it is tenders. Bojangles tenders are the best. I ordered a conservative 4 piece and was left wanting more. They are juicy, very tender and the outside crunch is the best. Not the best restaurant experience but the best tenders I've had in a lifetime

  They never have anything. I wanted an 8pc dinner. The young lady did inform me they were out of certain pcs, but she would substitute pieces, since they were out. I was ok with that, but then this older lady, probably the manager, came out & stopped her from substituting the chicken. & told me I would have to wait until someone came back with batter, so they could cook more chicken. I just said no thank you & walked out. You would think it would be the manager trying to please the customer with substitutions, but not at this location. Today is Monday April 20th 5:50pm. What major fast food chicken chain would run out of chicken batter during peak hours??? Smdh

  I waited 40 minutes after paying for my food at the window. Came in and sat inside and they still had not started on my food. Everyone in there was just yelling the whole time. I got to hear all the drama about everyone's home life. I ordered at the window. Told it would be 10 minutes. Only 2 in front of me. Took 20 minutes to get to the window and told it would be 10 minutes more. Went inside for 20. Then left. I didn't ask for a refund because there was no one at the front counter for 10 minutes. Took my money, made me late, and still didn't get the food. No apologies no eye contact no questions about if they can help.

  Should have read the last few reviews. Don’t typically do that with fast food services. Pulled in to get a quick sandwich. Ya know from a fast food chicken chain. Only car in line. Waited 10 mins at the window for them to tell me to pull around out front and it would be right out. After another 10 mins I pulled back around to the drive thru and politely asked for a refund. I was instructed to pull forward to window in order to process refund. The manager came out of back office to just get 3 more people to assist with refund. It amazed me that in all this time, no sandwhich to be found. I did hear the manager ask for a status of the order before I pulled away. I think it got the 11 employees standing around to start putting their gloves on and set the phones down. This is a great chain, however this location is giving a bad name to the brand.

  Good morning, I want to start by saying that I believe Bojangles is one of the best restaurants I frequent. Unfortunately, my experience today was the worst I have ever had at any Bojangles location. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was extremely long. After waiting, I reached the ordering station and was greeted with, “Go ahead with your order.” As I began ordering, I was interrupted and asked to hold. The employee did not mute the microphone, and I could hear her addressing another customer’s complaint. When she returned, she asked me to repeat my order. I proceeded to place my order again, only to be placed on hold a second time. After several minutes, I was asked once again to provide my order from the beginning. Eventually, I was instructed to pull up to the window, where I was asked yet again what I had ordered. At the window, there were additional issues with processing my payment. After some time, the transaction was completed. I requested a receipt, and I was handed four sweet teas, which immediately indicated my order may have been incorrect. When I addressed this, the employee closed the window without explanation. When my order was finally handed to me, I returned home to find that there were no straws or napkins included, and the food was lukewarm to cold. I understand that employees may be new or that the location may have been short-staffed, but the level of service I experienced was unacceptable. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed moving forward.
