  I haven’t been to this location in person (only door dashed a few times) but everytime I have I get the same order - California breakfast wrap and a chocolate pb protein smoothie. Everytime I have ordered, the wrap has had no egg and is drowning in sauce. The smoothie is fine though. But this morning I ordered it again hoping maybe someone else can make my order right… Instead I got food poisoning and still no egg on the wrap. -to provide context for why I think food poisoning is that’s the only food I’ve had in the last 24 hrs and I haven’t had human contact in a few days. Leaving me to believe it’s food poisoning with the all the symptoms I’m having. :( I love tropical smoothie but this location ain’t it.

  First of all I've been here before just today I was just in drive to when I went to the intercom order , and the lady said "order when you ready" no great customer service at all then I asked for a bhama Mama bowl she then proceeded to say "give me one second" the location needs better drive-thru customer service I've work drive through experience before , and I know when someone pulled up to the drive-thru you supposed to say hello welcome to whatever establishment it is, not order when you ready for it's okay didn't order here won't be coming back. Also came here before twice same experience I tried to ignore the situation even the front counter they don't say nothing I don't recommend coming here they were nearly look at you and don't say nothing all the employees you talking to each other and don't care about customers

  Despite the bad reviews, $12 for a VERY full açaí bowl that is THIS delicious is a steal. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!
