  Went in to get lunch and lady told me she didn't have a key for the bathroom. I said I was a paying customer and she still said no key. I asked her how does she pee and she stared at me for a minute then just repeated they don't have keys to the bathroom. I asked for my food to go and I'll just go elsewhere. She said, "All that is unnecessary we don't just let people have keys." I PAID FOR MY ORDER ALREADY LADY!!!

  I KNOW they try. The Pizza was very bad and greasy, wish i could give dam thing a 0/5 stars. Service was not too bad , but we had delivery , so i couldn't tell you the Atmosphere. The Pizza tasted greasy and nasty, till' the point where we got a refund. We spent maybe $30 for the whole family. I left the same review on Yelp as 1 star.

  Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Received order 3 hours after it was placed, soggy, cold, glued to the box. Tried calling the store only to be told by the call center they were closed. Called the next day and was told "we've been receiving a lot of calls all day, so the GM will call you back later." That never happened. Next day I called and was told I had to bring the pizza back in the same day. The GM was incredibly rude said she wouldn't refund the order. I offered to bring the pizza back in after I fished it out my garbage and they ignored it. STAY AWAY

  Ordered the family bundle went in to pick it up They give me the order that's everything's here They said yes I opened the bag No cheese sticks and then the girl was like oh I tried to call you a couple of times which she didn't I pulled my phone log up She lied and then offered me a 2 L drink which I don't drink Pepsi products I asked for a cookie and she said she couldn't give a cookie It's one thing to not have the item but then try to give me the food saying everything was there and then turn around and lie again and say you tried to call me a couple of times I wish there was a zero rating You don't stand there and lie and say everything's there and then turn around and lie and say you tried to call me I'm old school Pizza Hut will never get another dollar out of me ever ask McDonald's I cut them off 14 years ago I know how to hold a grudge
