  Came in person order was wrong took them an hour to bring out the same messed up order for the 3rd time. Kid was sick as well as myself and wanted a happy meal so I ordered through door dash 1 order came with 2 nuggets and the rest of an empty box for the happy meal, as well as all fries were missing and my quarter pounder box was empty and instead of cokes I received one dasani water when reordered as a supplement from doordash for the inconvenience i recived one coke and another dasani water a mc double not quarter pounder and still was missing the fries plus toy. So I feel going in the staff was beyond dismissive and from a face to face interaction to ordering online nothing has went well in fairness

  Shit service. They said I needed to come inside to get refunded for the latte I ordered so they could clean the machine. Okay, cool, no worries. I park and go inside, only to stand at the counter being ignored for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without my coffee and without my refund, so… You’re welcome, I guess? I should also mention that this is the second time this has failed to refund me for a coffee I never got. The last time, I offered to wait while they cleaned the machine and the little girl told me it would take TWELVE HOURS. Which is just such an obvious lie, because at every other McDonald’s it takes 18 minutes.

  I can appreciate the manager opening the door with a greeting and a smile, but every table was dirty. Floor covered in nugget boxes and paper. Only 2 customers inside. Clean, sweep, mop and wipe tables. Often. Its important!

  Literally anytime I order here whether its delivery or takeout I am always missing things and the food is always cold. Ive worked at McDonald's before so I know the food has timers that they stay fresh for but its obvious this location ignores those which is both gross cause who wants cold food? And also a safety concern because of bacteria. I cant even get a refund whenever they do mess up. Its full of people who just dont care. I recommend going to literally any other location.
