  I don’t know who the lady is that’s on shift right now but horrible customer service and on top of that I witnessed her telling a customer she ain’t gonna have change til Friday so they turned him around. Just weird all the way. This happened around 7pm 3/24/2026

  The rest of the staff is good. The boss the main lady so rude we are all humans and have bad days but I guess everyday is bad for her … not only to the customers but staff they worked hard and all she did was judge and ridicule to her staff for no reason to treat the place like you are lord. I don’t want a 5 guys auto response multiple people have complained do something people notice and pay to much money.

  Went in with good spirits and left very dissatisfied. Older african american lady that took my order was very rude. She got my order wrong and tried to make it seem like I ordered wrong? She spoke as if she did not care to correct the order and was very dismissive. The burgers were thrown together and the fries were soggy and undercooked. Will not be back to this location.

  Burger was a bit soggy and my shake was a bit strong in flavor, but the fries were excellent.

  If it was an option for 0 stars that would fit the description of this restaurant. I called to place an order for a cheese burger when I met with silence. Looked at my phone and realize i was hung up on, called back in disbelief and was still met with attitude about them not having a cheese burger . I requested to speak with the manager and come to find out that was the manager ! I asked for her name to make a report because I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even wanna visit just by how i was treated with anger, disregard and disrespect from the manager over the phone.
