Food was alright, missing a burrito but was able to run back in and get it lol. The young lady at the cash register I think her name was Jenny? Not too sure but she was really helpful about how the mobile app offers different boxes or deals solely in the mobile app and not available in store which I really appreciated since I was trying to get a custom box so I placed it through mobile app🙂‍↕️

Came through the drive-thru ordered two supreme burritos and there was no meat that was only beans and in the burritos no lettuce no tomato no sour cream It was the worst burritos then my husband has ever had and will not ever be back to that Taco Bell drove up to the drive-thru where there was five girls standing there a conversating gave me my food out the window ask for extra mile sauce was not giving any in the bag had a hunk my horn for someone to open up the window so I could ask for extra mile sauce for my burritos bad customer service bad burritos will not be back Good luck

Went at lunchtime, literally 20 people sitting and standing waiting for their orders, no menu to see other than navigating through the Kiosks, no counter service at all.

Forgot an entire meal and took forever to take our order, food was literally falling apart and impossible to eat. The employees there always seem rude and careless and they threw one of our sauces in the bag and the sauce got EVERYWHERE. Truly disappointing

I’m sorry but if I could give zero stars I would. O understand being short staffed. I’ve worked food service before. However, when I have to sit at the intercom box for 25 minutes and haven’t even gotten greeted… absolutely not. If you can’t take my order right away that’s ok. But at-least say something. The “hustle” does not exist here
