  Stopped going here for over year because like the reviews state, the food & service sucks. Decided to give ‘em another try - Chalupa was stale and inedible. The taco had no filling. Both were cold. Still a waste of money.

  I had one car in front of me I thought I would be in and out I sat in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes I was thinking maybe the car in front of me had had an elaborate order they got handed one small bag I pulled up took another very long time to hand me my food I got three things they didn't give me two of my items in the item that they did give me was made completely wrong this is complete Insanity there was like six workers in there a line of cars behind me and then the thing that I did get was disgusting come on y'all got to do better

  I placed an online order for pick up at this taco bell. It took me 30 minutes to drive to said Taco bell. In route I received a messaged stating my order was ready for pick up. Given the size of my order I was surprised but happy to see that message. When I approached the counter my order, and several others (Six others to be exact) were not ready (after stating they were). I noticed they were busy and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. At the time of this review I have sat here for other an hour without any of the food I ordered. I asked several times about my order and got ignored by the woman handing out food. In the kitchen, the staff were fighting, saying rude slurs to one another and telling one another they will not take anymore orders. Frustrated I asked how I could get a refund on my online order and got told that was not possible. Mind you I have spent over 50 dollars. The staff was rude, they handled the food poorly from what I could see from the counter by throwing poorly wrapped tacos and burritos, and they were very unorganized. To make matter worse multiple people had their door dash order stolen. When this concern was brought up to the man at the desk he simply shrugged his shoulders and went back to the kitchen.

  What the hell!?!? Got home ready to get into these tacos and there's so little meat and fillings I was shocked! This isn't even the first time I've been disappointed! So much for fast food, because last time I sent someone to pick up an online order, that was ordered 30 minutes before arriving, only for her to wait 40 minutes before asking me if I wanted something else since there were still 5 cars ahead of her! Screw this place, never again will I go!

  Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Customer service was awful. The staff were rude, unbothered, and didn’t seem to care about anything. I waited over an hour on a Monday night, not even a busy weekend, just for them to tell me they only had one person on the line. That’s not my problem, that’s a management issue. If you can’t staff your restaurant properly, the manager should be helping instead of letting customers sit around waiting forever. When I finally got my food, it was missing things I paid for, including extra cheese sauce that I barely got any of. It’s not even about the cheese, it’s about the lack of effort and care. The first time I came here, the day shift was great. They were polite, fast, and got everything right. This night shift was the total opposite. Slow, rude, unorganized, and the menu didn’t even have half the stuff it used to. I’m not coming back. The management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their customers.
