I just waited in line for over 25 minutes at the window after placing my order at an empty drive thru, to have the drive thru lady slam the window in my face twice and ignore me multiple times, take Receipt because they lost my order, then close it too fast to listen to what I was missing, bring me the wrong order, then have to come back after closing the door again before being able to speak to bring what was correct. Then proceeding to close the window again and walk away

So today marks a new day for the hinesville Taco Bell 🌟🔥because there is a new manager, I assume at least she's a manager, and her name is Joyce. I am so impressed with how she handled everything in there when I was picking up some doordash orders. She brought order to this establishment in such a sophisticated way and was very attentive to every customer, one after another ,in a pleasant way. She is going to bring good change to this Taco Bell and it was very much needed. I'm still thinking about it hours after leaving with just how amazing she was. Miss Joyce thank you for a great experience in this Taco Bell and I praise you for your good energy and your care towards each customer. I hope you stick around and teach your ways to the employees there. You are the change this location needs💯 keep up the good work. I appreciate you
