- RHRebecca HillMay 30, 20151.0Tired of receiving poor customer service, minimal ingredient amounts, and stale/old food. Every time we've been to this Subway it has been a lack-luster experience. We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt each time we've been back, but it hasn't ever improved. From bitter lettuce, old cheese, stale bread, meat being clumped in one wad on a sandwich, a salad being turned into lettuce/meat mush, lackadaisily folded sandwiches, to cross contamination, there isn't very much concern for customer needs. Go to a different Subway if you can.
