  Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Received order 3 hours after it was placed, soggy, cold, glued to the box. Tried calling the store only to be told by the call center they were closed. Called the next day and was told "we've been receiving a lot of calls all day, so the GM will call you back later." That never happened. Next day I called and was told I had to bring the pizza back in the same day. The GM was incredibly rude said she wouldn't refund the order. I offered to bring the pizza back in after I fished it out my garbage and they ignored it. STAY AWAY

  Just because the screen says it's ready does not mean it's ready. 7 more minutes yo wait as I stare at my name and the word "Ready" after it. This is the second time this has happened and this is my second time ordering here. It seems like the norm. This tactic is done to make the store seem more efficient to corporate than it really is. I may have to order from Lil Ceasars from now on. It's disappointing to wait for your order just so that they can use you for more efficient metrics.

  Very disappointed I got original Pan to have it be extra fluffy and it was soggy like if they kept warming it up over and over it was just very chewy when I try to bite the crust I had to pull on it. My pasta had a lot of parsley on it which I was unable to eat, I got eight boneless wings with mild buffalo sauce. The sauce was very Tinky and sweet. It didn’t taste like buffalo it taste like lemon pepper with extra sweetness. It was very disgusting. I did not eat my food and it’s unfortunate because I did The big dinner box and I paid extra for the pan for both pizza. I paid extra for the cheese sticks, I paid extra for the upgrade for the pasta and I didn’t eat any of it. It’s just sitting on my counter. Very disappointed because I usually have great experiences at this Pizza Hut, and I drove from Allenhurst all the way over there, which is 23 minutes there 23 minutes back just to eat some crappy food super disappointed
