Yes, I took it off and put in trash, no I dont have photos— this post was an after thought. Management this happened tonight between 5-7 pm.

After waiting 20 minutes on hold we finally spoke to someone who said they had two drivers and 50 orders in front of ours. We could come pick it up because it has been done but he had no idea how long it’s been done. I understand a rush on a holiday but I’m giving 0 stars for the lack of Communication. An update on the order status online could’ve sorted this out sooner so my child wasn’t waiting until after 9pm for a dinner that never came. We ended up cancelling the order and hopefully will get a refund in 3-5 business days according to the employee we spoke to on the phone.
