- VBValerie BradyFeb 23, 20261.0I ordered 45$ worth of food at 8pm. As a fast food manager myself the way the employees handled themselves was highly inappropriate. First they talked crap about how big my order was, then I was offered attitude when my order was ready the girl sat it on the counter and walked off. I had to wait for another employee to acknowledge me so I could ask for my drinks. The girl that did hand me my food saw me waiting and walked by me and rolled her eyes. All of my food was not fresh! My 10 years olds spicy chicken patty was so old it couldn’t even be torn apart and her fries looked like they weren’t cooked all the way. I had the tiniest piece of chicken in my wrap. Which I order all the time and never had this problem. My other child said her nuggets from her kids meal were cold and hard. My oldest daughter had customized sandwiches that we paid extra for nothin was customized. Like I’m not understanding why it’s so difficult?

For some reason employees think it's acceptable to mark delivery orders as ready, when they are not ready. They do this to make their numbers look on time but don't realize they are screwing over delivery drivers. Absolutely pathetic that employees and managers do this
