Someone came to my window and said you owe me 25 dollars I was confused then she took my card and I waited for another 15 minutes and I went in and got my card and food every time I come to this McDonald’s they pull me and make me wait for over 30 minutes. One time I had to wait for an hour then when I went in they said they had no order on the screen I had ordered through curb side pick up them I did not even get any compensation for waiting 1 hour I’m not going to lie this McDonald’s is the worst I have ever been too. And the customer service is terrible.
- SCSteven CollinsDec 26, 20251.0Went there today and got 2 large frapes, the nice lady that takes your money repeated my order just as I ordered, I get to th3 pickup window and they hand me a small frappe I told the young lady I ordered a large, she goes they rang u up for a small, im like I ordered a large, she closes the window while im trying to give her the small back, she finally turns back around and opens the window and says, "you dont want it, im like no I wanted a large, I said id come in and pay the difference no biggie, so she takes it back finally acting like im the problem, when the problem is they dont wanna be there, so they have attitudes, if you dont like the job quit!!, now the young lady who handed me the frappes were very nice, I have no problem with her, she was great!! But the one handing out the food shouldn't work at the window if she's not a people person!!! Terrible service!
