Hit or miss with this McDonald's, get a craving for McDonald's and usually go to this spot , I'm in Allenhurst so that's going across town . Get there and the lobby is closed when we want to eat inside . Not the first time the lobby has been randomly closed . And the wait time is ridiculous, drive thru or inside it doesn't matter . Last time we were actually able to go in it felt like forever we waited . And the middle bread in my big Mac was missing lol , it was funny tbh . And I know it's supposed to be child friendly what with the playground inside but can people control their kids and have an inside voice ? I don't want to hear shrieking my entire meal

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this McDonald’s, especially when ordering through Uber Eats at night. Several times, the store has told the delivery driver they don’t have my order in their system, even though the app shows it’s ready. This has caused the drivers to cancel and me to lose time and money. The same thing has happened to my boyfriend, and when he does get his order, it’s often missing items. Something suspicious seems to be going on with their late-night operations, and management really needs to look into it.

We sat for almost an hour waiting for our food that we did on the app and went through the drive thru. Our food finally comes out and not even really warm. Like it was rude and no apologies on the wait. I asked if a manger will come out but they said no which I understand not coming out but I tried to call to speak with someone even during the wait and no answer. I had little ones with me that were also waiting for their food like it was just so wrong how long we waited and everyone in drive thru just leaving quickly.
