We ordered our 3 piece dinner's waited and waited for our food had to tell her twice it was for here. She had it in a to go box. We sat down and took a bite of chicken and it was cold!!! I went back and told the Boy behind the counter it was cold. He looked at me with his eyeliner on like I was crazy!! We will definitely never be back ever!!!!!

I waited 20 mins for an order and then she need a scoop up front for Mac and cheese. So he decided to hand her a preused one that looked crusty from the back. Not including the floors are greasy and everything is just gross. All while I’m guessing the “managers” are out the front door smoking cigarettes. Move away from the doorway please. 10/10 don’t recommend

The occasional lack of available menu items, rude staff, insane manager, missing items, napkins and sauce in previous drive through orders all were somewhat overlookable because when the food is good, it’s very good. But when you don’t have the ONE THING I go to you for? We’re done here. All the negative reviews and the half hearted “response from the owner” follow ups (clearly for show) did nothing for this location. Thanks for the memories, I’ll be driving out of my way to Chik-Fil-A from now on because THEY ARE POLITE, NEVER SCREW UP MY ORDER AND ALWAYS HAVE CHICKEN AVAILABLE!!!!!! Sorry, I’m typing this on an empty stomach in the Chik-Fil-A drive through. Merry Christmas.
- KBKy BNov 29, 20251.0I came in here to pick up a DoorDash , and the manager was extremely rude to the employees who were just trying to help get orders out for dasher and other customers. Letting dashers know “she’s not worried about DoorDash”. She was also slamming stuff and just being unprofessional in front of customers . I get the job can be overwhelming during a rush but that’s no reason to be rude to your employees in front of everybody.
