  My drink was fine, but my two friends got a chiller and it was all ice no liquid. Also, two of the male employees were getting into a car that was in line in front of us and then like got back out which was sketchy... line was backed up and they're out here jumping in peoples cars for 5 minutes at a time while the female employees are making drinks and taking orders in the other line

  First of all I drove up and they had a GREAT playlist going. Then Hakeem took care of me and knew exactly which coffee I wanted without me saying it. If I could give 10 stars I would. KEEP HIM 🩷🤏🏽

  I’m normally a huge fan of seven brew I go there 3 to 4 times a week and my experiences are normally great except for today! first off the Young lady who was taking my order was not very friendly so neither was I energy was definitely reciprocated. Also, considering that they have child drinks, I would assume they would have a child straws right , which they don’t so normally I ask the young lady or gentleman whoever may be taking my order at that time if they can just cut my daughter‘s straw with some scissors and it’s never been an issue before until today, mind you they’ve been cutting her straw for as long as I can remember and like I mentioned in the beginning, I go there 3 to 4 times a week and I’ve been going there since they opened and it’s never been an issue if policies and procedures aren’t being followed by all of your employees. It’s gonna create conflict like this and it could’ve been resolved if the customer service aspect would’ve been handled properly, I myself am a manager, and if I had a customer who just asked for something that may not have been in protocol, I would’ve still done what needed to be done for the satisfaction of the customer to avoid any discrepancies and then explain to the customer that will no longer be able to do that due to it being out of protocol and then I would address my team members. The customer service at this seven brew is absolutely horrible and I do not recommend there’s a few up there that I absolutely love and adore and those need to be the ones who are managers not who was up there today!

  7 Brew Hinesville absolutely deserves a top-tier review! The service here is amazing, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! Every single person is kind, caring, relatable, and genuinely helpful. Tessa and Madison especially make you feel welcomed in the mornings! From the moment I pull up they greet me and even know my kids by name! I’ve been to multiple 7 Brew locations, and this one tops the charts as the best, by far. Their consistency, positive energy, and attention to customers are unmatched. It’s not just a stop for drinks—it’s part of our daily routine. If you’re looking for incredible drinks paired with outstanding service and people who truly care, this is *the* 7 Brew location to visit. Highly recommend! ☕✨

  I'm a frequent customer and I almost come every day, and I order the same thing. The gentleman who helped me didn't even greet me and apparently assumed I was just supposed to tell him what I wanted. I gave him my number and order, saying it's the 2 for $8 medium drinks special, and I'll take that. Then he asked me what size, and I told him, 'Please, like today's special.' I specified light caramel on my iced drink, but when I received it, it had a lot of caramel syrup on the bottom, so they remade it. After that, I took my drink and mentioned to someone that the gentleman was rude; he overheard me and said, 'Enjoy the rest of your day' in a forceful voice. I drove off but soon noticed my drink was too light and didn't look like an iced macchiato, which is supposed to be light on the bottom and dark on top from the espresso. I turned around and told them my apologies, and asked if they could please remake my iced coffee because it was too light. They remade it, but nothing improved. I was disappointed because they've made errors on my coffee before, and they would fix it without issue. When they first opened, I used to get my drinks just the way I liked them, but then I had to specify how I wanted my drinks. Sadly, I won't be returning anymore due to this. I enjoyed this place so much; it became my alternative favorite obsessive self-indulgent place. The staff is amazing; perhaps it was just a bad day. Thank you, and I wish you many more blessings. I'm just one less customer who will not return. By the way, my son purchased me a drink later that night from the 2 for $8 medium drink, and this was the difference. I still didn’t drink it!! Iced macchiato not!!!
