- NFNicklas Folds4 days ago4.0Kiera at the front needs an attitude adjustment. We order 2 number 10s and each comes with its own dipping sauce. With that being said 1 didn't come with sauce so my girlfriend went up front and asked for it. She snapped at her and said " I put it on the tray" insinuating we pocketed a cup of ranch? So I went up and got multiple dirty looks from her and when I asked she said she will give me another one since she already gave me this invisible one the first time. She was very rude and snappy and made it seem like everyone was an inconvience to her. We spoke to the manager and she was super sweet and said she will handle it. Food was great and fresh.

The facility is always clean too. Jim and Lori, the franchise owners, run a nice establishment. Jim will stop by the table to see how things are. To be honest, my husband and I prefer this Bojangles to any other 'chicken' place around.
