- BBBrandi Beauty2 days ago2.0HIT OR REALLY MISS!!! When I give a review I like to be fair. I've recently gone to this taco bell because I love nacho fries and they are back on the menu. Each time the fries have been cold. Which would be cool is the customer service did not lack so bad. On one occasion I went ordered a meal got the purple mountain dew. The drink in the fountain clearly needed to be changed because it had no taste to it. I asked for my drink to be changed to baja blast. The lady did so after 3-4 huffs and puffs. Thr young lady at the drive thru on 11/21/25 around 2pm has the worst customer service skills im surprise she has a job. Dang near threw the food out the window didn't ask if I needed sauce or anything. Here is the pro- place is clean most of the time. Also there is one manager there who is extremely friendly and a youngman with glasses also. If they hire the more friendly people they can definitely have a higher rating.

I just wanted them to prep the food better and she assured me that in the future she would. Everyone deserve a chance that is understanding and polite that's calming.
