i spent $30 and this what i get as a bacon cheese burger, than was told to bring the burger back another day to have it remade because i didn’t want to leave the house, this place play in my face too much, i’ve called corporate twice and now this! this my sign to stay away. only go because this is the closest location to diamond lakes.

Horrible customer service. The card readers don't work. They didn't have a card reader when they brought the food. She acted like I was bothering her because she had to go back to get the card reader. The owner can respond to views but won't fix anything. This the worst sonic in Augusta. Do better. It used to be the best.

I paid 7$ for a Reese’s cup ice cream and noticed the candy was on top . So I ask the employee before I left if it needed to be blended and she said no it’s blended through and that’s just extra candy . Lies … that’s the only candy I had in my ice cream

Came yesterday evening to order a simple shake the intercom kept messing up so I had to repeat myself a few times as I finished ordering I heard the person taking my order which I’m sure is a manger and I definitely know who say “she needs to make up her damn mind “ again I recognize the voice because I use to work here
