Made my order via the app at 6:25p on Sunday night. Waited for over 30 minutes only for them to be unable to find my order.
Manager came to assist and basically said Oh well. Cancel the order and do it again. The lobby had plenty of other ppl complaining of extended wait times. One woman had waited close to 30 minutes for two McChickens + two McCafe.
Other ppl seemed irritated bc they couldn’t just order at the counter.
I end up having to reorder at 7:04p. Food came at 7:18p. Of course part of my order was wrong. At this point my son is grouchy so I let him sit down and eat. I will say the food was fresh(ish).
End up getting my burger replaced again. Sat in my car at 7:29p. Only to check my order and it was wrong again. I was still in the parking lot but at this point I was over it.
I don’t see myself visiting again despite the proximity. Or if my son is in the mood, we may try Deans Bridge. Been having issue here for some time but this was too extreme not to voice.
Also, I will say the manager on staff seemed to handle it pretty well. The situation did seem a bit overwhelming but she did not look visibly irritated and she had to be.
Also there is a young man that looks like Tra Rags that usually works drive thru. He’s pretty pleasant. And there was also a fellow in the lobby. Me and another customer were visibly irritated. He held short conversation with me about my cologne and we build a little rapport. Seems like a nice guy as well.

Zero stars. I stopped by around 3:43 a.m. and was told they wouldn’t reopen until 4:15. I waited, came back, and was met with nothing but attitude. I wasn’t told they were out of scrambled eggs until after ordering, and the attitude continued when I still wanted my food.
Both windows were unprofessional—staring, rushing, and rude behavior the entire time. It’s 2026. If you can’t handle customer service, don’t work with the public. Paying customers deserve better. After all without us you wouldn't even have a job

I ordered curbside and waited nearly 20 minutes with no service. After multiple calls, I was finally told curbside wasn’t being accepted—yet nothing on the app indicated that. When I pointed this out, the representative essentially hung up, and the phone was taken off the hook. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy. Do better.

I have online ordered from here several times due to kids wanting this food. Every single time there are missing items especially sauces for nuggets. I can understand missing items from a verbal order but these are listed by the customer. No reason to get anything wrong. If it was a missing bag I can understand it’s the delivery company but this is not the case…..I have also been in this establishment and have had rude comments on how much food has been ordered. I have a big family and shouldn’t have to be made felt glutinous when I’m treating my family. I have maybe posted 1 or 2 reviews in my lifetime but this is ridiculous.

I'm literally in here right now at the tobacco rd location and this short heavy set black woman keeps putting her dirty hands INSIDE of the cups and handing them to ppl. She's making to go orders and carrying the cups with her dirty hands (again) INSIDE of the cups, filling them and giving ppl their orders with the same cup her hand was JUST IN!!! That's DISGUSTING!!! Not to mention they're slower than molasses...I will NEVER again eat here... EVER!!!
