  This used to be a solid choice for Helen. Today, that all changed for me. Not only was I over charged for an item. They gave me a cold kids cheeseburger with a little bacon on it. I ordered the New Bacon Cheesy Burger that's around 3x the cost of what I was given. Then! I call back and am given an attitude by the manager about how its my fault they screwed my order up. And she doesn't know what else she can do besides offer me the chance to turn around and drive back for a free frosty....screw you. And now I can either drive back and change it or just be happy with what I have already paid too much for Whoever the manager is on 2/19/25 sucks. The whole team there today from the moment I drove up. Was a let down because they hate their job and YOU are going to know it.

  My husband, granddaughter and I spent this past weekend in Helen . ( The Fasching parade was also taking place on this particular morning). We stayed at the Helendorf. Saturday morning we walked to Huddle House for breakfast we walked back thru the parking lots instead of taking the sidewalk as our granddaughter didn't want t climb the hill at huddle house. As we're getting ready to walk thru Wendy's lot to return to the Helendorf, some woman associate comes running out the door of your business screaming at us that we can't park in Wendy's lot.its only for customers. Well had you actually paid attention, we never had a car we walked from 2 businesses over! I was a bit too polite as we had our granddaughter and yelled back, we don't have a car we're walking back to our hotel, have a great day! Very rude and for as often as we visit Helen, we will never patronize this location!

  handed me my bag of food and said have a good day and they forgot half my order. lazy careless people. should’ve took it as a sign when i was the only one in the place.

  I go to today with my family and we was a 2 groups.. I orden just a fries and wen my name show in the scream I go to pick and they tell me they give me and literally " wherever I go to give you again" but they never give and that can to coments was like I was stealing something!!! So bad for part to the team maje that can of coments I understand they was busy but treat like that someone's is BAD! And yes was just fries! But they can't speak like that!

  There was nothing good. This is the absolute worst fast food place I have ever been to. Walking in I went to the kiosk and ordered, my son and his wife went to the counter and ordered. They received their order and finished eating long before my order was ready. The place was a complete mess. Food, yeah and soda all over the floor. It was so bad the floor was sticky. I wanted a sweat tea. I went to the tea dispensers and they weren't labeled and one was empty. After receiving my food it didn't have tomato or onion on my burger. They said they were out but didn't tell us. My burger was like warm while my fries were cold. Like I said there was nothing good about this place.
