NEGATIVE. they OWE ME MONEY OR FOOD and no one will do anything about the incompetence. the manager on duty (young black guy who refuses to give his name) has disrespected me on several occasions. telling me he has no authority to resolve an issue but refuses to let me speak to any other person in charge. Thursday, I ordered through the PIZZA HUT APP (NOT DOORDASH) and they took it upon themselves to send my food out to a DoorDash driver. The food never came and I called to get to the bottom of it. He refused to issue a refund, no store credit, no food. told me to call back and speak to the “real manager” and it’s now Monday and he’s the one answering the phone. Told me “to wait and let someone call me like he said the first time”. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. 4 days later and I’m still 33$ without money/credit/or food. He needs to be fired! Incompetent and disgusting.
