  Our family stops here most every time we make a run to Hartwell to visit the Home Despot and Wally World. Each time the service has been incredible, whether inside or in the drive thru line. The folks that work here make actual eye contact with you and smile! They say things like 'How can I help you' and 'Thank you'. You don't even have to check your order to make sure they put the correct items in the bag. Not too mention that bonus curly fry that somehow ALWAYS manages to sneak its way into the crinkle fries! This location quite possibly could be the best Arby's out there (someone needs to take note). Yes, they have the meats and you can order some really audacious sammies, but you can't go wrong with the Chicken Bacon & Swiss. My kids love it here and enjoy ringing the bell on the way out (not sure if they should be hitting it like a pinata at a birthday party though). The restaurant is always clean or being cleaned and I have never seen it in a bad state. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great fast food experience (who knew)! Already looking forward to our next trip out there!

  Won't give you what you paid your hard earned money for stick a roast beef sandwich in your bag instead of chicken bacon Swiss. Boycotted ! I'm tired of spending all my money on a something and receiving what they want to give you!!!!!! I will spend my money elsewhere.
