The older lady I feel was rude because I was telling her that I had ordered cookies and a drink. It's not what you say but tone is everything and there was no need to be nice nasty in tone. There's much room for improvement in this area. Don't believe I will be back any time soon.

ONE… I honestly feel bad for the girl working all by herself and trying to manage everyone’s orders and online orders. The management there is absolutely ridiculous. They really need to do better.
