The older lady I feel was rude because I was telling her that I had ordered cookies and a drink. It's not what you say but tone is everything and there was no need to be nice nasty in tone. There's much room for improvement in this area. Don't believe I will be back any time soon.

Have a problem every time I go! Never have enough ingredients to complete a simple sub order. This subway need’s to close the doors for good!!!!

ONE… I honestly feel bad for the girl working all by herself and trying to manage everyone’s orders and online orders. The management there is absolutely ridiculous. They really need to do better.

Also this was suppose to come with a drink and I got offered no drink. Also we ordered 2 cookies. The server broke a cookie and tried to still put it in my bag. I told him I wanted a whole cookie, not one that he had broke. Overall everytime we order online there’s a problem here. I know they don’t pay that much but dang come on and fix my food right. I’m a paying customer.
