  Girl, let me tell you, Dominos knows how to cook up a delicious chicken bacon ranch. I like to get mine with flat crust and add spinach. It tastes better and better every time i get it

  If I could give them 0 stars I would . Never get what I ask for and never know one in store always have to wait 10 minutes for assistance.

  HUGE shoutout for my first order with Domino’s tonight! I placed an order for a two topping pizza. I chose beef and mushrooms. For some reason there was a misunderstanding and I received my pizza with no cheese. As soon as I called the gentleman remembered my order and said I wondered about the “no cheese”. He quickly responded with “I will have you another pizza delivered shortly with cheese. When the delivery person arrived they started pulling out 2 boxes so I said: I should only have 1 box for a pizza. I received a smile and response of “He gave you some brownies for an apology’. Now if that is not AMAZING customer service I don’t know what is. Not to mention all of our food was delicious! Thank you Domino’s of Harlem for making it right.

  Once i heard we got a Domino’s close to where i live, i placed a curbside order. Waited over 10 minutes, no one ever came out. Had to go in which defeated the whole purpose of curbside. I decided i’d cut them some slack and give them another try this past weekend. Nope. SAME EXACT ISSUE. I pulled up, turned on my hazards like the app said to. Literally two parking spaces away from the door. One of the workers came up to the door and looked to his left, then looked straight ahead. Never looked right, which just happened to be where i was parked. He turned around and i waited a couple more minutes. No sign of him or anyone else, so i went inside. I told the workers that this was the second time i had been here with the same issue. They looked at me like deer in headlights. I called out the guy who had looked earlier and he said “the blue Toyota, right?”… i told him “No. I’m in a brown Chevy like it says on my order.” He looked at the order and another girl handed it to me. The receipt said exactly what i entered… a brown Chevy. Where did he get a blue Toyota from? I was also the only car out there with hazards on. No apologies and not an ounce of respect from the employees. I work food service. I have only ever worked customer service/food service jobs. That being said, walking a pizza outside is NOT HARD! If you don’t want to bring food to a car parked 4 steps from the door, you need to find a new job. I really hope this location stops offering curbside because it ain’t working. Visit this location at your own risk, but i highly recommend the Grovetown location. That’s where i’ll be from now on.

  Eric was very helpful and polite, even though he was the only one working at the time I went in. I've seen the manager Shayna work also when I've went. She's very courteous and polite and always trying to make everyone happy.
