Sandwiches are solid and whatnot. However, this location seems to constantly have staffing issues. I frequent this location about once a week (Sat/Sun) and most of the time, the same employee is the lone worker in the store, tending the register while making the sandwiches. She's fantastic, and some how maintains a great attitude in her situation, but you cannot keep putting her in that situation. She needs some help or a raise or something. No one should have to do everything.

Upon arriving to the Jimmy John’s, I saw that I had a very low star rating so I took a risk. Made a lot of sense because they did not have any tomatoes. I asked for a discount they wouldn’t give me the courtesy of giving me one and then the manager who is in the back, didn’t even show the courtesy of coming to the front.

Last night was our 4th and final time trying to get a sandwich from this location. This was our 4th time coming in around 7:30 and being told there is no bread. We drove to Forrest Park location and finally got our delicious sandwiches. I hope the owner is aware that business is being turned away. We asked why is there not bread this is out 4th time coming in and being turned away . He said somebody is not doing there job and apologized but a sandwich shop with no bread is crazy!!
Never order here.
Order placed at 1:12 had not been started at 1:40…. And then was told out of bread, we wanted to cancel and where met with terrible attitude and yelling back because we did not want to use wheat bread

I ordered a sandwich for lunch delivery, but my order never arrived. After waiting two hours, I called the store and was told by the manager that the sandwich was on its way and to continue waiting. I waited until my work shift ended, and the order still never arrived.
When I called again, a different manager told me he could not find my order and offered to remake it, but said I would need to pick it up or come back the next day. This is frustrating, as I ordered delivery specifically for lunch while I was at work. Picking it up after my shift or returning another day defeats the purpose of placing a delivery order in the first place.
I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate a proper resolution for the inconvenience.
