  Visited Wednesday, 1 April 2026 (this is not an April's fool joke). This is huuuge! This is by far thee largest Chick-fil-A I have been too. I walked inside around 2pm and it was quite busy for a Wednesday. It seems like there may have been an employee event just wrapping up or maybe that was shift change? There was a line for what I assume is the "formal" side. I walked over to the "fast food" side, used the bathroom first (it was clean and fully stocked with tp, hand soap, and paper towels). The door even had a food grip, so as not to used your clean hands. I got in line to order. There was no one ahead of me in line, but there were two customers at the counter ordering. A third employee, Isaac, signaled for me to come forward. He asked if I was dining in or taking my food to-go. After confirming, he took my order. It was busy. However, my order was brought out to me in less than 10 minutes. The food - chicken sandwiches, fries, and fried okra, was hot and fresh. The parking lot was full, there there was still plenty of open parking spaces available. If I want Chick-fil-A in the future, I will definitely go back here.

  My first time here my friend was like you are going to like it let’s dine in instead of to go. There was a lady at the desert counter Ms Caprice at the front desk. Saturday 3.28.26 8pm. My friend saw her no interaction at all. We stood there read the sign to be seated and waited. She did not greet us was very rude and over talkative about her reasoning for being rude. Tried to reverse the outcome by acting as if we were the issue. Took another customer while we decided to stay…Wow being unprofessional again can’t change that character. Although I was very upset and my whole experience of dining in the dwarf house was ruined really lost my appetite. Her explanation was we couldn’t read the sign that said wait to be seated. However we thought we could walk to the bar, but now you immediately chased after us (now you see us) u can’t walk back here you have to be seated. We like we thought we could go to the bar. You still were being unprofessional and rude and your customer interaction not good would have been better interacting with a humanoid. Ms Caprice is short on leadership skills and not a good representation for Chick fil A. Please look into more training for her or demotion. I brag about how good the customer service is here, but first time dining in. However, the food was great and our new appointed server was good.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like I have to say something. I went to Chick-fil-A expecting the usual clean and reliable service, and instead I walked into a place that felt dirty and poorly maintained. The floors were grimy, tables were covered in crumbs and sticky spots, and the trash cans were overflowing. I had to wipe down my own table just to sit, which is unacceptable. The drink station was also a mess, with lids and straws everywhere and sticky surfaces. The worst part was the food. I bit into my chicken sandwich and found that parts of it were undercooked and borderline raw. That’s a serious health risk and should never happen. When I told the staff, they offered a replacement, but didn’t seem to treat it with any urgency. I also noticed employees handling food and touching other surfaces without clearly changing gloves, which raised even more concerns about hygiene. I gave this location another chance on a different day, and it wasn’t any better. Even when it wasn’t busy, the dining area was still dirty and not being maintained. Tables were left uncleaned, and the restroom was in poor condition. At this point, it feels like an ongoing issue, not just a one-time mistake. Between the cleanliness problems and unsafe food, I won’t be coming back.

  My fiance and I are both employees at Chick-Fil-A, and love the food and hospitality. The Dwarf House had been on our “to try” list for a while, and was the sole reason for our visit to Atlanta. We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. This location had a drive thru, and a walk in. The right side of the restaurant is your typical chick fil a, and the left side is a sit down chick fil a restaurant. We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated. The service could have been better, the girl serving us was nice, but she seemed annoyed. Loaded Southern Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Battered Pickles ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Giant Burger ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fried Okra ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Corn Bread Muffins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blackberry Fried Pie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Banana Pudding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We started with appetizers of the loaded fries and battered pickles. The fries were good, the sauce on them was different and very tangy. They gave a huge portion for the price alone. The battered pickles had too much batter on them. The burger was cooked very well, and was juicy. It tasted like a high quality beef. It gives diner vibes type of burger. The fried okra had no flavor, and could have been crispier. The cornbread muffins were sweet and delicious. The blackberry pie could have been more warmed up. It was small, and I wish there was more filling and blackberries inside, because the crust to filling ratio was lacking, but it was still good nonetheless. Not pictured was banana pudding which was amazing. It had a real banana taste and was very rich and delicious.

  The Dwarf House (originally the Dwarf Grill) is such a special place, it’s the birthplace of the Original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, and you can really feel the history when you visit. We added our name to the guest list and spent some time exploring the outdoor space. The front patio now sits where the original 1946 building once stood, and I loved how they preserved pieces of the past the stone chimney honors the 1957 building, and the entryway features reclaimed lanterns from 1967. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially for families. There are shaded seating spots, room for kids to run around, fun play areas, hula-hoops, and even hidden bronze dwarfs to find. The informational plaques throughout the property do a great job telling the story of the location and the brand. Inside, there’s a cozy section with souvenirs, plus a counter stocked with ice-cold Coca-Cola bottles and a tempting display of pies. Once seated, our server Star took great care of us, friendly, attentive, and full of helpful menu recommendations. She really made us feel welcome. As for the food, everything was outstanding. We ordered the classic Chick-fil-A Original Chicken Sandwich, cole slaw, and mac & cheese. The slaw was finely minced with a sweet, creamy dressing that was absolutely perfect. And the mac & cheese? Easily one of the best I’ve had, rich, cheesy, and topped with that delicious baked layer. Such a unique and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
