Travelling all over North America we tend to eat at Wendy’s quite a bit. This is absolutely the most horrific experience in a fast food chain. The new AI drive-through showed us our 2 combos order on the screen when we got to the window we were missing stuff but we had already paid and instead of fixing it the rude girl threw the receipt at us and closed the window. Do not visit this location. Wendy’s head office should be ashamed of this location.

I have been this location now 4x and each time I tried something different thinking it was depending on the meal and day.. each time I have been highly disappointed. You all have young adults working this location with little to no care of the quality of the food or the quality of their service. Each time my biscuits were super hard, tenders were cold and hard and nuggets cold as well. Also they have been out of strawberry jelly for a while that’s unacceptable considering this is the only Wendy’s in Hampton. Very unsatisfied l.

The manager Stephanie is very unprofessional and does not have a care in the world for the customers. Not only was she nonchalant; she cared not to address the matter. I want to praise the young man with locs (earlobe) length, brown skin, about 5’6 or 5’7 with a tattoo sleeve on his right arm. He was professional and the only one wearing a hairnet! He maintained the cleanliness behind the counter and greeted me. He should be trained up as a manager! His work ethic and customer service etiquette is phenomenal! I left a message with corporate. I spend 50 to 60 dollars each time I come. The food was old and the fries are never full! I will be sure to call the health inspector to let them know about the concerns! I will not come back to this restaurant which is disappointing because it used to be the best one! I would have given the service 5 stars if it wasn’t for the manager and the order taker. Kudos to the young man, you make a difference. I hope that you go far!

Food took over 30 minutes to be made. Ordered at kiosk, people that ordered way later than I did, and ordered more got their food way sooner than I did.

Fries were a few hours old and stone cold, the rest of the order was incomplete, and my frosty was the wrong flavor. Employees could not be bothered to help people, and acted like any request was an imposition.
I wasted my money and ended up throwing a good portion of my food away because it was either wrong or just straight up inedible. Don't go here.
